Information about shipping cannabis seeds

Fidel’s Hash Hole offers a range of shipping methods to suit the needs of all our customers. We generally focus our business on UK and European markets as we can offer Debit and Credit Card payment options to these countries. If you want a delivery outside of these countries, we can process the order, but you would need to pay with an alternative method.

We are happy to ship worldwide, but please check your local laws before ordering. International orders will be send at the customers own liability and we will take no responsibility for packages detained by customs.

Please use your correct name and address otherwise we cannot guarantee the parcel will be delivered successfully as you may need to collect it from a delivery depot and present identification documents to do so.

Our Standard Packaging

Our standard packaging which we use for every standard order will be a simple white jiffy bubble envelope containing your original souvenir packed cannabis seeds and a copy of your printed invoice. There will be a printed sticker on the front with your name and address details on. We will never write on the package, unless it requires an international customs declaration, in which case we will write that the contents is a promotional sample or one of the following stealth options below.

Our Stealth Packaging Options

Many customers find our stealth discreet shipping service very important due to a number of complex reasons. We mainly find customers in the UK and Europe simply want to keep their package safe from prying eyes such as a nosy partner or family member.

When choosing a stealth delivery option, please be aware that we will remove your seeds from the original souvenir packaging and send them without the branded packs. They will be re-packed into one of our what we call stealth packaging options.

Our list of Stealth Delivery options below may vary from time to time subject to availability

• Remove your invoice from the package

• Remover seeds from souvenir packaging

• Place seeds inside a hollow threaded metal bolt

• Place seeds inside a small souvenir lighter

• Place seeds inside a discreet stash safe car lighter

• Place seeds inside a blank t-shirt

• Place seeds inside a cd or DVD case

• Place seeds inside the tube of a writing pen

We are open to suggestions and customised arrangements, so long as they are reasonable and not overly time consuming. If you want to make any personalised requests just add your comments in the notes at checkout and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

 

UK Delivery Options

1st Class Stamp only Not Insured Service (delivery 1-5 days) £1.95

Generally customers opt for the 1st class delivery option mostly as they trust us and the service by Royal Mail is very efficient normally arriving in 1-3 days. For this option you can basically use any name you want and the order will not need a signature on delivery. This option is not insured as we have no way of knowing if the delivery was received by the person it was sent to. Please only use this option if you are at a private address and are sure once posted through your letter box, it will be given to you personally.

1st Class Recorded Insured up to £100 (delivery 1-5 days) £3.95

1st Class Recorded Delivery is the same as with a 1st class stamp, but it will need a signature on delivery and it is insured up to £100. If you need to make an insurance claim for a Recorded Delivery please wait at least 15 working days (Monday – Friday) as we can only process a claim after this time. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will need to collect the package from your local delivery depot as a signature is required and you will need to take identification with you to collect the package (in your own name)

Special Delivery Insured up to £500 (Delivery 1-3 Days) £7.95

Items sent using the Special Delivery option by Royal Mail are treated like gold. If a special delivery item is lost we can process an insurance claim quicker in just 10 working days (Monday – Friday) and the insurance will cover orders up to £500. We allow 1-3 days for Special Deliveries to arrive, just in case we have a delay in packaging or need to order in your seeds from our suppliers. Generally Special deliveries will arrive withing 24-48 hours after you order Monday to Friday. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will need to collect the package from your local delivery depot as a signature is required and you will need to take identification with you to collect the package (in your own name).

Worldwide Delivery Options

Basic Stamp only Not Insured Service (delivery 3-21 days) £2.95

Most of our customers outside the UK opt for the basic stamp delivery option as it is cheap and reliable. For this option you can basically use any name you want and the order will not need a signature on delivery. This option is not insured as we have no way of knowing if the delivery was received by the person it was sent to. Please only use this option if you are at a private address and are sure once posted through your letter box, it will be given to you personally.

International Signed for Insured up to £100 (delivery 2-14 days) £9.95

International Signed for options will need a signature on delivery and have insured up to £100 if they get lost. If you need to make an insurance claim for an International Signed for Delivery please wait at least 25 working days (Monday – Friday) as we can only process a claim after this time. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will need to collect the package from your local delivery depot as a signature is required and you will need to take identification with you to collect the package (in your own name) Unfortunately Customs seizures will be at the customers own liability and we will not resend packages if they have been detained.

International Tracked Insured up to £250 (Delivery 2-14 Days) £11.95

International Tracked is a slightly faster international option that offers a slightly higher Insurance Value up to £250. If you need to make an insurance claim for an International Tracked Delivery please wait at least 25 working days (Monday – Friday) as we can only process a claim after this time. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will need to collect the package from your local delivery depot as a signature is required and you will need to take identification with you to collect the package (in your own name) Unfortunately Customs seizures will be at the customers own liability and we will not resend packages if they have been detained.

Occasionally International Tracked is not available for some countries, in this case we will send as International Signed for instead.

Insurance Claims for orders sent within Europe can be processed after 20 working Days (Monday-Friday) from dispatch date.

Insurance Claims for orders sent Outside Europe can be processed after 25 working Days (Monday-Friday) from dispatch date.

Please be reminded that it is your own personal and legal responsibility to research your local laws on importation of cannabis seeds. Fidel’s Hash Hole excepts no liability for orders seized by customs and will not resend any order that may have been held.

We do not promote illegal purchasing of cannabis seeds and cannot be held liable for attempts by customers to import seeds to countries where it is not legal to do so.
